Course: Electrical with Troubleshooting

Course Description: .This forty (40) hour training course covers AC (Alternating Current) and DC (Direct Current) theory and fundamentals. The student will first gain an understanding of the concepts of electrical schematics, components, voltage, current and resistance. These concepts will be applied through Ohm’s Law to basic circuit design and analysis. Power, magnetism and DC generation will then be introduced to complete the theories of DC applications.

Performance Objective: Upon completion of this module the trainees will have an understanding of the basics of AC (Alternating Current) and DC (Direct Current) theory and an understanding of electrical diagrams and associated electrical components.

Course Robotics Advanced Operations and Programming

Course Description: This forty (40) hour course is designed to provide the advanced skills needed to Operate and Program the Fanuc Robotics.  Course topics include Collision Guard, Condition Monitor Function, Executing Multiple Program (Multi-Tasking), Program Shift Utility and Systems Operations.

Performance Objective: This course is designed to introduce the student to the advanced skills needed to Operate, Program, edit the Robot.  The course provides both Classroom and Performance based hands on training in the use of advanced controls, operations, part programming

Blueprint and GD&T Basics-*Course Full* Email for new dates

Description: This sixteen (16) hour course will provide students the basic skills needed for technical drawing interpretations of blueprints. Areas of instruction include interpreting and understanding Blueprint reading and also will provide students with fundamentals of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) system. Course includes providing knowledge of the correct interpretation and application of each symbol, rules, datums, orientation, location and profile. Emphasis is placed on interpreting detail drawings and communication skills required in machining work. This tool is governed by the technical standard ASME Y14.5M-1994. 

Duration:     16 Hours
